IWW Vehicle Branding Terms and Conditions:

1. A 70% deposit is payable on acceptance of this quote and prior to production can commence. Proof of balance payment is required prior to collection of your vehicle – strictly COD.
2. Design fee is required based on complexity and type of design needed.
3. Lead time for production is approximately 10 working days subject to final artwork sign off, stock availability and receipt of the 70% deposit.
4. A call out fee of R2500-00 will be charged within a 50km radius of the Johannesburg, Durban and Cape Town CBD’s. Distances in excess of this will be charged at R5-90 per km. Accommodation will be for the clients account, if applicable
5. This quote is valid for 7 days from the date shown on this quote.
6. IWW cannot be held liable for any damage caused to the vehicles during the application and removal of vinyl under the following

Circumstances:-

– If the vehicle has been re-sprayed due to an accident prior to the branding

– If the vehicle is older than three years at the time of branding

– If paint is lifting on any part of the vehicle or on colour coded plastic areas i.e. plastic bumpers, side beadings etc.

7. Should a branding slot be missed a cancellation fee of R1500 will be applicable
8. Should any vehicle branding be cancelled by client 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, the client will be credited for the application fee. However, any production balance will be due in full.
9. Should vehicle branding cancelled by client within 48 hours of the scheduled application date, the full balance owed as per the accepted quote will be due. If the vehicle is then rescheduled for a later application date, an additional application fee as per the accepted quote will be charged.
10. All decals, materials and designs remain the property of IWW until paid for in full.
11. There is a 7 day grace period from day of branding for a client to inform IWW of any vinyl lifting / movement / bubbling. IWW will schedule a convenient time for branding to be fixed. If IWW is not made aware of the vinyl movement, then the warrantee falls away.

Please Note:

All valuables should be removed from your vehicles as IWW cannot be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings. The vinyl has a 1 to 2 week settling period for the adhesive to reach its optimum strength with the vehicle surface. Slight movement of the vinyl or small bubbles on the vinyl after branding is normal and should settle over the 2 week period.

Any application done at the customer’s site, please ensure full payment is received by IWW before the branding can be done.

Vehicle Branding Warrantee

Pigmented or printed vinyl with UV film over laminate

 IWW warrants the branding of your vehicle for the following:

* 3 years in terms of colour on the vertical surfaces, and 2 years on the horizontal surfaces

* 3 years for vinyl adhesion

Printed vinyl with no UV film over laminate NB:

IWW warrants the branding of your vehicle for the following:

* 6 Months in terms of colour on the vertical surfaces, and 3 months on the horizontal surfaces

* 3 years for vinyl adhesion 3M Basic Product Warranty.

Pigmented vinyl with no UV film over laminate

IWW warrants the branding of your vehicle for the following:

* 3 years in terms of colour on the vertical surfaces, and 1 year on the horizontal surfaces

* 3 years for vinyl adhesion

This is based on the following:

* That IWW apply the branding to the vehicles

The vehicles are cleaned in accordance with IWW’s cleaning instructions below (IWW to supply cleaning instructions with each vehicle

When branded)

IWW recommended cleaning instructions:

* Normal hand car wash using a hose pipe.

* Standard car shampoo not containing waxes or polishes.

* Car sponges.

* Chamois.

* Mutton cloth

Avoid the following:

* Machine car wash.

* Power hoses.

* Abrasive materials.

* Waxes.

* Polishes.

* Chemicals.

* No Strong Detergents.

* Cleaning the vehicle with water only.

* NB. No sunlight soap, Diamond Guard etc.

Vehicles need to be washed a minimum of once a week, commercial vehicles twice a week.

IWW can’t guarantee colour matching in the event of a repair to a vehicle. Zone 3-UV conditions NB: 2% fade per annum on all pigmented films.

On removal of vinyl IWW cannot take responsibility for any damage caused to paint work, should the car be older than 2 years at the time of branding, and subject to the following:

* That IWW has stripped the vehicles (additional charge).

* The vehicles must be accident free at the time of branding.

IWW can’t take responsibility for the paintwork on all plastic areas of the vehicle, as paint doesn’t adhere as well to plastic as opposed to metal i.e. bumpers, side mirrors, beading etc.

IWW Tarp Warrantees:

• Full Digitally printed curtains:

2 year pro- rata warrantee. – On colour fastness and glazing.

# Replacement warrantee if print or glaze failure occurs within first 3 months.

• Traditional Line work curtains: (No Glaze)

1 year Pro – Rata warrantee on stencil work.

• Traditional Line work curtains (Glaze)

1 year Pro – Rata warrantee on Stencil work & Glaze

• Digital Line work curtains:

1 year Pro – Rata warrantee on Print & Glaze

• Plain Pigmented curtains: -1 year pro- rata warrantee on Workmanship & hardware.

Terms & Conditions:

• Warrantee is only on print fading and glaze failing.
• Warrantees only apply if IWW approved substrates are used (Tarp PVC Substrates)
• Warrantee excludes all physical damage to the curtains as a result of impact damage, incorrect cleaning methods & materials or misuse of curtains.
• All replacement warrantee claims must be submitted in writing within the relevant warrantee period with documentary proof of the reported claim. (Report & photographs etc.)
• The curtains must be made available for inspection immediately as the claim is lodged.

IWW Production Timelines and Process

Lead time for production is approximately 10 working days subject to final artwork sign off, issue of purchase order, stock availability and receipt of the 70% deposit.

Vehicle photos are required before design sign offs can be started to confirm vehicle design templates. Once confirmed your vehicle will be booked into design for an estimated time of 5-7 working days provided on capacity to be completed.

Should there be further changes to design; an estimated time of 2 – 3 working days is required.

A Test Print is a colour and image quality check, will be signed off once by Head Office and will apply nationally to all printing, providing the colours and images do not change.

Once IWW have received final design sign off, the vehicle needs to be prepped to production; this is where the designer measures out the vinyl and sends all the details to the cutting machines and printing machines.

Before application ALL valuables should be removed from your vehicles as IWW cannot be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings.

Branding of the vehicle only takes 1 full working day unless otherwise arranged with client. It is advisable to collect your vehicle the following morning to allow the vinyl to settle for quality purposes.

Terms and Conditions:

Please provide all company details i.e.: VAT Number, Address, Telephone Numbers, Vehicle Registration Numbers, Order Numbers if you do not use order numbers a name or anything we can use would be sufficient.

Please provide us with photographs of your vehicle, if we do not have your vehicle on file we will require photographs and measurements to be taken by IWW, either we can come to your premises at a call out of R2500.00 ex Vat within a 50Km radius.

All decals, materials and designs remain the property of IWW until paid in full.

Stripping of existing branding is not included in the quotation unless specified.

IWW cannot be held liable for any damaged caused to the vehicles during application and removal of vinyl under the following circumstances:

1. If the vehicle has been re-sprayed due to an accident prior to the branding (Please note if the vehicle has been panelbeated it needs 2 weeks to out gas before branding can commence)
2. If the vehicle is older than 3 years at the time of branding
3. If paint is lifting on any part of the vehicle
4. On colour coded plastic areas i.e.: plastic bumpers, side beadings etc.
5. Handles and side mirrors are not standardly branded and can be included if required; this is done without a IWW warranty.
6. All valuables should be removed from your vehicles as IWW cannot be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings.
7. Branding of Controvision and Lettering on windows is at clients own risk.
8. Controvision has a 6 months warranty due to the fact that it cannot be varnished.
9. Please note that you can insure your branding through your insurance company.
10. The vinyl has a 1 to 2 week settling period for the adhesive to reach its optimum strength with the vehicle surface. Slight movement of the vinyl or small bubbles on the vinyl after branding are normal and will settle over a 2 week period.
